Rough week! Started out with a crazy cold that lasted long enough to keep me out of the game most of the week. I *hate* exercising when I'm not feeling well, so I decided it was better to just skip it all than to stress myself out about doing it. I'm fine with that. I kept my calori intake at a reasonable level (except for yesterday's chinese lunc-fest and a pizza/wine binge which I'm sort of regretting, but only a little. It was good.)
This coming week will be back on: cardio every morning, weight training and more cardio 3 nights. Hard sprint before the holiday trip hits...
Weird week! Lots of exercise -- Thanksgiving (including exercising ON Thanksgiving -- a first ever). No weight loss to speak of, but that's Ok. I feel pretty fantastic (for November!)
